StartMediaInc - Jerry Lazzareschi - Travis Faz Startmediainc.com is a scam. They only accept moneygram once you send them the reference # you receive an e-mail that the # is incorrect. Toronto Ontario

I was searching for WII on the internet for my daughter and came across a website Startmediainc.com. They did have the best price the only issue was that they only accepted moneygram. So I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau.

The name for the company in the BBB was different but the address was the same. So I figured the company changed names. There were no negative reports about the company so I went back to the website and proceeded with placing an order.

After giving all my information: name, address, & phone number. The website gives you an order number. You then get an e-mail with your order number and payment information.

We did the moneygram deal sent the information following the instructions in the original e-mail, then received an e-mail from someone else from the support department stating the reference # was incorrect.

We tried calling the phone # for contacting the company and got no reply or call backs. We tried to send them e-mail via their contact us section and got no response.
