StartNatural LLC Phentremine Never Again!! Do not buy! Customer Service? What Customer Service? Dover, Florida

I purchased Phentremine from StartNatural LLC because a friend of mine said that Phentremine really worked for her.  Unfortunately, she could not remember the website that she ordered it from.  Yes, all the banners on the website make it look all spicy and alluring.  DO NOT DO IT!

I showed my friend the website and she confirmed that the pills in the pictures looked the same as the ones that she had taken.  So I thought with a 30-day trial, I would give it a go.  I received my order sooner than expected which was cool with me.  I opened the bottle and the pills looked like the pictures, so I started them the next morning.

27 days into the bottle....NOTHING!!! I had dropped a few pounds in the first 10 days but then gained them right back and then some.  I gained 10 pounds!!!!  I excercise regularly and was not expecting some spectacular transformation.  I was simply looking for an added boost to gain my weightloss goals faster and that was just not happening.

So I called to cancel my next order.  Finding the customer service number is the hardest part.  That should have been my first clue---no where on ANYTHING; my receipt, order confirmation, was there any type of contact information.  Luckily I was able to find this website and track it down.  Next, the customer service line only opens at 10 EST.  And good luck talking to anyone.  I sat on hold for 3 1/2 hours before I finally got on the phone with someone and ultimately ended up getting disconnected for some odd reason. 

I finally told a customer service rep that I wanted my order cancelled because the product doesnt work.  I was told that I would be receiving an email confirmation of my cancellation.  Did I get it? NOPE.  Are they still sending me their crap product?  YEP.  And they are still trying to charge me for it.

Needless to say, I'm still battling it out with them.
