Statte Farm Claims Rep Joey M Lombard Denied Accident Claim to replace my car. I was rear ended by Scott Wilson Pottery who owns and operates from Pottery many other businesses including family owned companies all over the world. Scott Wilson Lied to his Lying Insurance Agent Joey Lombard, Saying I made an unsafe lane change causing the accident.
Scott Wilson is a lying cheat and dishonest idiot blaming me when he in fact did the unsafe lane change rearending me.  I was in the left turn  middle lane completely stoppe : aka suicide lane for more than 5 minutes waiting for oncoming north bound traffic to clear inorder to make a left turm.
Scott Wilson was on his cell phone and he was changing lanes not looking or paying attention to the road in front of him, instead he was looking back takling talking on his cell phone. By the time he turn back around it was too late. He rear ended me so hard it flipped mey car up in the air spinning me around still in the air in the opposite direction and i was still in the suicide lane. 
I hit the left side of my head splitting it open with a 1 1/2 inch gash.
After Scott Wilson's Van was also turn in the opposite direction,  Mr Wison's Van was half in and half out of the suicide lane. The then got out od his vehicle coming over to my drivers side door  The police and fire department were on the scene. There were 2 officers of which the woman officer talked to Scott Wilson & The man officers talked to me. I also had 2 passengers both over 21.
My claim was denied because The agent Mr lombard, Scott Wilson & picture taker commited fraud never did investigation or filed police report and told me I caused accident making an unsafe lane change. First time in my life this happens to me & I still lose. I called the Calif Dept of Insurance for help. State Farm Ins companies committed fraud in since of the word. Scott Wilson employee of State Farm * his 2 partners are all pocketing the bonus from Denied claims. Fraud Fraud Fraud. Accident in Calif Agent in Arizona. State Farm has local Companies in Sacramento. Sounds fishy & the agent laughs saying he was waiting for copy f Police report, Humm no police report filrd period. Spells Fraud to me. This company and their lying Cheating no good claim stealing employees need to be put away behind bars, all offices shut down not to operate again. All business licensces including agents taken and not be aloud to be associated  with State Farm again. That would best thing ever to happen for all Honest policy holders and the people denied honest claims. State farm should also be ordered by the court to pay the claims denied and refund all honest policy holders money for general principals. Then need to be sent out of the usa never to be seen again. Sorry its the way i feel. I was totally honest in my claim and hate Liars to get what they want. Try being Honest People. Liar and cheater always get caught. State Fraud Farm is just that.
