State of Maryland Central Collection Unit On 2/11/2016 I received a first notice from CCU for a toll violation on 01/12/2014 Baltimore Maryland

I received a notice from Central Collection Unit from Maryland in reference to a fine of $72.54 for a toll violation. I have written and finally got through to the agency I told them this is the first notice I have gotten for a toll violation and asked if I could receive a photo of the infraction. They said they do not have one, just that i owe them 72.54. I called Md Trans expass and basically talked to a machine that informed me that they had sent out several notices. None of which i received. All Im asking is a photo of the infraction and a chance to pay the origional fine.
