Staythenight.com NIck at Staythenight.com confirmed my reservation for a two night stay at a property managed by Staythenight, which required my giving credit card deposit, and signing and submitting a contract two months in advance of my stay, then cancelling my reservation two weeks prior to my trip because they had found someone who wanted the room for three nights. I arranged a trip to NY around the dates that Staythenight.com could accomodate me at one of their properties. I asked for a three night reservation. They agreed to that but then sent me a contract for only two nights, which I signed and submitted, along with the credit card deposit required by Staythenight.

I also planned my flight times to accomodate their requirements for the time fraqme within which they were willing to have an employee meet me at the property to provide the key, and also to play the entire at check-in in cash.

When I inquired, I was told they did not have the third night available. Later, I received an email cancelling my reservation with the reason give that a three night stay was required.

Obviously they had simply fouind someone who wanted a third night and decided to cancel my reservation, even though I had signed a ewwritten agreement more than a month earlier, and had asked for, and been denied a three night stay.
