Steak N Shake Steak N Shake - Horrible time Normal Illinois

I have been sitting in the drive through of steak and shake since 7:55pm. I watched 9 customers pull off. There was only two employees in the entire building and the dinning area and drive thru were packed it is now 9:01 and I am still sitting in the drive thru but I was able to call in my order however this is not the first time this has happened it happened twice last week. They are under staffed or not being staffed right. I love the quality of the food but this is a tad bit ridiculous.
