Steel Bridge Medical Lipoplex Bad Business Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I made a order for Lipoplex online and received two bottles of Lipoplex & PM and was charged on my credit card for shipping. Took the product for two days and was sick to my stomach in an unbelievable way, so I discontinued use. Called Lipoplex within the 14 days to cancel my membership and got attitude from customer service rep and was told that it would be canceled (received no cancellation number or anything), so I assumed that was the end. Checked my credit card statement and sure enough there was a $99.95 charge from Lipoplex with Hoodia Steel Bridge Medical Corp. Called the customer service number and ask what was going on and was told that I failed to cancel my membership within the 14 days. I informed the CSR that I had in fact called and canceled and gave her my cell # and of sure enough no record of my call was to be found, so I canceled again and ask for the charge to be credit back to my card. No luck, shipment went out that Friday plus the fact that I never canceled according to their records and here it is a week later still no pills. I am currently in dispute over charge on my credit card with this company.
