Hello, I just wanted to ask a question... If someone really did do what this person is alleging you would think they would leave there name at least wouldn't you??? How about a phone number??? Nope the slanderer didn't leave that either. Seems very odd to me. This person which I won't name, because he obviously doesn't want anyone to know who he is. Wrote a check to a completely different company. I inturn was paid a commission by said company for handling all the paperwork and the processing of the building this customer purchased. This customer has also signed 2 different contracts that both clearly state that the deposit is for said processing and the time in which the sales person is putting in with the customer. Not to mention that I am not allowed to contact the customer or the company he wrote the check to per there very serious faulse acusations and reports. Another point I want to make is that the only reason this customer doesn't have a building is because he himself canceled his order, not, because the manufacturer of his building which I sell buildings for now, didn't want to supply him with one. He can still right now as I type have his building installed as long as he signs something from the manufacturers attorny saying that he will pay for it. So why would a customer not sign an official document saying he would pay for his Steel Building if he was really planning on paying for it??? I don't know either... I would be happy to direct my attorny to supply all paperwork, from the text messages between me & the complainee so everyone interested can see what I really had to deal with, a copy of both contracts, a copy of the check writen out to another company that I at the time worked for that I had no access to cash, a copy of the commissions check writen to me by said company and anything else along the way. You see, If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide.
