Steve Basso Plumbing & Heating Has not finished installing a radiant heating system started in May 2012 but has been paid over $12,000 Bridgeport, Connecticut

In May 2012 we contracted with Steve Basso Plumbing & Heating in Bridgeport CT to install a radiant heating system in the floor of a remodeled part of our house in Greenwich CT. He installed part of the systmem but has not finished it.  At this point we are out $12,036 and have a system that does not work.  There is no Thermostat to turn it on or off or to regulate the heat. We have been calling and sent email to Steve Basso Pluming since September to come complete the job so we have heated floors, but he refused to come. We are looking for just the right law firm to file the suit because we suspect that he did the job wrong and we will have to tear up the floor to have it fixed. We hope none of the readers of this site hire Steve Basso Plumbing & Heating and get stung like we have been stung.  As a senior citizen we are left with nothing but a suit against them.
