Stephen Blain Deadbeat Dad in Jupiter, Florida

Okay. Now this guy has gotten worse!!! He is filing false DCF charges against his children's mother every time she pursues child support. He still won't pay. He has his real estate licenses, his drivers license etc and is still walking the streets a free man.

He has caused his children to fail school by witholding them from the mother and keeping them out of school because he did not have legal custody and knew the mother could get the children back if they were in school. Legalized Kidnapping!!! He has visited his children and refused to return them to her at the agreed upon time.

Now, he has claimed that the mother and her new husband are taking illegal drugs and beating the kids. The mother and her husband took a drug test each and passed. The kids are tired of talking to child services and want their father to leave their mother alone. They have told children services that these allegations are false! This is slander!

I He has paid 6 payments in 6 years. He is the abusive one. He subjects his kids to failing school by refusing to return them to the mother and witholding them from school. He files over 9 false abuse and drug allegations. He makes 6 payments in 6 years. He costs the mother of his children over $30K per year in attorney's fees and court expenses.

He is the abusive one. If he cared one bit about his family he would've held a job and taken care of his family instead of letting everything get foreclosed and repossessed when he had a two week old child and a three year old child depending on him. He refused to hold a job and make enough money to support his family.

Yet,his wife now sports the latest fashion clothes, makeup and jewelry. They fly on expensive vacations and dine at fine restaurants and send the ex-wife pictures to rub it in her face. His mother refuses to believe that her beloved son has done anything wrong. His whole family is snowed because he is such a con guy.

He is Deadbeat of the Year and needs to be punished by the courts for his actions. State Attorney's listen up because this is a crime! Do something about this and file criminal charges against the false allegation reports. It is legalized slander and is one loophole in the system that allows malicious ex's to torment the other until the kid is 18.

Enforce the penalties for false reports. How many more does it take to finally do something? How much humiliation does one have to suffer until you enforce the law?
