First of all, I did not handle the real estate transaction for the home in Santa Monica. Your statements merely reflect the desperateion to exthort moeny and the fact that you did not inherit monies from the refinancing and sale of the property. The seller felt that you had been dealt with fairly after living in his house for a year and not making any payments to him!

All documents were signed and notorized correctly. Instead of posting threats and trying to defame my character, why don't you try to find a lawyer that believes your lies. Your previous attempt to stop the sale of the home was handled by the attorneys and signed off by all principal parties involved which I had nothing to do with. Your accusations were never proven and unfortunately you have lost more than that when it comes to family.

I was not accused of forgery. It was the principal parties going through the divorce. I have legal documentation to show that the issue was dissolved prior to his death.
