Steve Trudeau With Allstate Insurance Faithful Allstate Client of 7.5 yrs was not in good hands! Lemon Grove California

I was a faithful Allstate Client for 7.5 yrs, with 8 houses insured by them. When we filed our first and only claim, after 7.5 years, we were shocked to find out that we were not in good hands! It took Allstate 1.5yrs to reimburse us for 1/2 of our claim and it was a fight with them to get that. Talk about false advertising. The department of insurance needs to step in and shut them down. If you have Allstate insurance, run......................run as fast as you can. Don't wait until you need your insurance, to find out if they are going to take care of you or not. Don't learn the hard way like we did.
