I needed someone to recover A/C refrigirant and keep the refrigirant for resale. This guy who advertises on Craigslist said that he will safelly release it to the atmosphere for $99 which is equivalent to me opening up a valve in the A/C line at no cost at all.
The refrigirant has a resale value, it is not cheap and this "mechanic" would let it out to the atmosphare and dare to charge me for that!
