Stompeez Finally filled an order the day before Christmas when I ordered the middle of November. After three weeks i called them and they were out of the item. Told me it woudl ship that week, they lied. Junk Internet

I ordered this product the middle of November, after several weeks I did not get it I called the company to be told the product was out of stock. I ordered on the intranet and it never said anythign about out of stock, the site processed my order with no problem. On top of that they had my email and phone number and no one called me or emailed me. Being frustrated I changed the product to another color and was told that the order would ship that week. I check the status the end of the week and it had not shpped and when I called was told "there is no way that is happening" So i asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Some yahoo came  on the line to tell me that all product in that size was out of stock, but the company was going to get all the orders filled as promised. I told him to invest in an inventory system so they do not sell things they do not have. I also informed him I expected to get my order before Christmas and if that meant they need to pay for overnigth shipping that was their problem.

I recieved it Christmas Eve and they stopped working the first day she wore them. They are cheap and junk. Wish they would have never filled the order, if you did not get your order filled consider yourself lucky. Now i am out the shipping i had to pay to get them here and the shipping to send them back. This is why I hate ordering off the internet and especially stuff you see on TV, they mess it up for all the good products out there. For example Slushy Magic was another item I ordered and it works great and my daughter loves it acutally we all love it.
