i ordered portable dvd players and portable cd players and batteries and headphones.  they are  requesting down payment when they are waiting for  credit approval from their credit department and they state $0 is requesting a down payment has asking money. i want all my items out of my two orders my two order numbers are  65445419 and 6533550534

cutomercare@stoneberry.com They sent me a catalog with a $250.00 credit limit. I used in once had no problem at all. I went to use the card again and make a purchase which was under the credit limit and they sent me an email telling me I need to put a down payment on the order. Pissed me off, why send the frickin catalog if you are not going to honor your commitment. chippewa falls Wisconsin

Stoneberrystoneberry.com sent wrong color that i ordered and had to pay the shipping although they made the mistake. Then ordered again like a stupid one and they are sending the wrong color . when i called them they said they didnt have the color that i ordered. why didnt they say that instead of sending the wrong one again and trying to say that i orderd the color. Stoneberry Will not give me my refund,They said they mail it out jan 18 i didnt recieve it ,So i call them ,Then they said they would issue me another in 5 to 10 business days and i didn't receive it now they saying they paid k jordan which i don't old.I paid on that tablet for a year ,Now they have the tablet and my refund for 143.00 i don't have that type of money to give away im on a fix income. Can you please help Me.

Stoneberry.com Stoneberry Purchase a cheap wireless microphone that I quickly returned for a full refund. I paid to have the item shipped back to stoneberry. A week later they sent me a bill for shipping. I called and asked about the bill and was told that since I returned the item I needed to pay for them shipping the item to me. I told them I paid shipping to send it back so we are even. They said no that I owe for shipping. First bill was $10 and some change, now it's $18 and more change! Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin Internet

stoneberry they are still billing me for a account thats paid in full and also trying to bill me for a product that was returned and credited to my account. their system also created two accounts for me that i had no knowledge of and they are trying to charge me late fees for a error created by their system chippoewa wisconsin
