my mother has been with this company since 2008 she's been paying off a policies since then my mom has passed away today and we contacted them for help with funeral costs they told me that my moms policy was not covered under funeral costs and that she couldn't get cash value for the six years that she's been paying off her policy now that we have to pay for funeral cost out of our own pocket these people are frogs and they need to be taken care of
