On November 28,2018 my wife Trudy Hollis was inquiring about a judgement on some property we own in Casa Grande Arizona. The judgement was for someone that was on the title previous to us owning the property.
Stoneleigh associate Victor told my wife that if we paid the judgement by November 29,2018 the judgement would be taken care of in 45 to 60 days. Victor lied Stoneleigh has done nothing to take care of this. Stoneleigh did cash the cashier check.
We where told that this will take time and it is going to take sometime as the court will not remove judgement till a satisfaction of judgement has been filed. It has been almost 90 days and stiil nothing.
We need to sell our property as we have medical bills and Stoneleigh took the last of my wife's savings. Now remember this was not our debt. Stoneleigh will say or do anything to get money criminal in my book. Thanks for reading this if you can offer any help please do. John Hollis
