After excepting their "free" trial offer, I was mailed 3 boxes of the patches. I recieved these on a Thursday along with their refund policy which said that any unused portion must be returned within 20 days or I would be charged $99.95. I returned the unused boxes the same day, but just TWO days later my account was charged the 99.95.

I have been unable to reach anyone at their customer service number 866-783-5403. The recorded message I got was "not to leave a message", and if I was calling about a refund or cancellation to do so on their website in the Members Login section. Not being a member I had to request a password that I was told would be sent to my email address. I have yet to receive anything.

This is the biggest rip-off company!! After taking your money, they make it impossible for anyone to contact them. Something must be done to stop these crooks.
