Storage Treasures Vindictively threw me off their site. Long term customer. AZ

Employees are nasty and vindictive. Every interaction has been negative. Not willing to work with the customer. They threw me off because my wife told them we will go to another company. The worker called me at a very hectic time and I needed to get off the phone. She wouldn’t let me off so my wife told her to do whatever, that we needed to hang up. They banned me from the site. We have bought and sold with them s long time and was mistreated. The units are horrible and we have been stuck many times but we always picked them up anyways. We feel this is an injustice as we have developed good relationships with sine of the facility’s that go through them. They are a horrible company with nasty, malicious, and vindictive employees. The manager refused to give me his bosses name and contact info, stating he didn’t know her name or number.
