Recently, I attended one of the deceptive workshops held by StoresOnline in Sacramento California where I received a whirlwind so-called Internet Training Workshop. This has now become one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The company representatives (if in fact they were) lead me to believe at a 2 hour presentation that at the workshop the recipient could become a StoresOnline Active Merchant by paying a certain amount within 3 months of the date of the workshop.

However, if you attend the workshop they pressured you with a "special workshop offer" made available that day. It did not allow the recipient the 3 days ( by law you have to review and decide if the product is right for you), nor the 3 months to make payments. And during the workshop no question are allowed during the presentation, nor did I get the opportunity to have my questions answered after the workshop.

The representatives made it seem that I would get one-one service when I called. The company so-called service people have been rude and only refers to the contract signed and have an "So What" attitude to my inquiries. The product is defective and they won't except a return (need their RDA#?).

Fair Financial Services was made aware of the problems I have StoresOnline and their representative told me they would notify me when they received my paperwork from StoresOnline before processing, but they processed it without the notification. They obviously are in the bed with StoresOnline.

StoresOnline should be stopped from preying on innocent people who just want to deal with honest and caring people for goods or services. They get your money and then forget about what they promised for the money or your rights (because they pressure you into thinking that they are so good and honest they will honor their commitment to you) when in fact they could care less after they get your money.

I live in California too, not far from Vacaville.
I spoke with the DA in San Mateo this morning, and he told me what to do.

You can contact Chuck Finney at the Sam Mateo County DA office, consumer fraud protection
