Please, We would like refunds!

We paid SOL $5498.00 and PMI $7490.00=12,988.00. Wholesale Marketer/DOBA $225.00. I am sure that SOL and PMI are willing to keep up their good businesses and make things right by issuing us a $12,000.00 refund and with this we will UPDATE our report, this will be seen by the entire world. It will also be seen by the entire world if there is a failure to rectify this situation. We are not interested in extending our time.

In October, 2005, my husband and I went to a workshop in Sheridan, WY on internet marketing. We were offered lunch and a free notebook organizer. The meeting lasted about 3 hours and in that time they offered an 8-10 hour workshop (no tape recorders allowed in the workshop) for $20.00 - yes $20.00! It was in Casper, WY a 145 miles from our house.

My husband and I are 71 and 65. He has MS and is in a wheelchair and can only use his one hand, I am his full time caregiver. We thought that by doing this we could get a little extra cash. Wrong - this whole thing just keeps getting more expensive.

We got to the workshop and as well-known there are no coffee or bathroom breaks. It is constant talk and talk and the mood escalates. Sure, lots of people were there, probably 150 and it looked like they came from all walks of life. I am sure that many of them could not afford these licenses. The main speaker claimed that he was not hired by SOL, but liked helping these salesmen out and he had many sites himself. He even claimed that his daughter sold jewelry and he got her site up and running overnight and she was making money ---just that fast.

We were reminded that these sites are great to give as gifts to kids and family members. All you have to do is some brainstorming, find your niche and get your keywords. But finding wholesalers that will fill your niche and are willing to dropship are another story.

It was long past lunchtime around 1:30 when we finally broke for lunch. Harry and I went to the motel room that we had to reserved (as we had to spend the night) but didn't stay long and headed back to the workshop and to eat lunch. LUNCH? It was terrible, there wasn't much food there. We had a bread bowl with a tiny bit of cold soup as that was all the soup that was left. The salad was also all gone. A small piece of cake, and that was it. WHAT A JOKE.

Back to the workshop and several more hours of pushing their websites. They talk so much that your head spins. All this time they are sending their sales reps around to talk to you individually and convince you that this is the thing you really want to do and to figure out how you will pay for this. But the main speaker never, ever, stopped talking.

So like most of the people that were at the workshop, we purchased 6 sites. I asked the salesman Is this all the money that I will have to spend? and he said Yes.

I ask them about selling some of the sites and their answer was Why would you want to sell them? They generate income. So, you leave the workshop with a headache and hungry (as it is about 7:30 and no dinner) and in your heart you are excited to know that you will be able to make a little more money. They also tell you to go home and relax for a few days before you start to work on the Starter Packet. There was nothing said about a 3 day right to rescind and of course by the time you get home, relax and then read the packet, you have missed the time allotted. What a shame! They are such good sales reps and such good liars.

By the beginning of the second week, we were contacted by PMI, another company in UtahThey also have such a line; make you a success story, will have you up and running in a very short time. You will get 15 weeks SOL/PMI Executive Sessions of intensive coaching, Extreme Website Marketing Package and Net Coach Internet E- Learning AND they will be with you to help you build the rest of your site.

The cost is astronomical, but you spend the money as they have you convinced that you will be making money. Of course they tell you to SOPM (spend other peoples money((put it on a credit card)!). The senior advisor gave us a choice: One or Two Extreme Website Marketing packages. We took the two!! Paid them $7,490.00!! The coaching for 1/2 hour once a week was awful!

I have had some good help from the others there at PMI. They also sold our e-mail address to a dropshipper (Wholesale Marketer/DOBA) (also out of Utah) who also had a great sales pitch. Sold us their program for $225.00 for 15 months. Their products and prices are out of sight . There is no way that you can make any money with any of these companies. They never give you time to think things over, which should be the first red flag, they want you to buy right now!! Price is cheaper!! BUY TODAY AND GET A BETTER PRICE. Get ripped off faster. Still never tell you about the 3 day right to rescind clause.

You also have to be sure to add in all the costs of the state licenses and fees and to get registered with the state, accountants, ECI (also in Utah) who charges $30.00 per month, sales or no sale sales. You need to set up new banking account. They never tell you any of this at their workshops. They give you false advertising and false hopes. You are broke when you started this project and broker by the time you are done.

I (since my husband cannot type) have built our site and have it up and published. No sales and who knows when? I have no more money to spend on pay per click. If you don't ask the questions, they certainly won't call you and tell you. They never tell you that this is a full time job! Only 10-15 hours per week. If you are new to building websites it takes a while to understand what you are supposed to do. I have spent hours and hours to get this faronly one site and probably not a money maker at that, with no sales at this time. We would like to have a refund from PMI as I never got two websites up and running (but paid for 2) and a refund from SOL. Both companies are i-mergent ripoffs, dishonest, misleading, misrepresentation, exorbitantly over priced, with undeclared fees and give your e-mail and passwords to other companies!

Why Utah?

AUTHOR: Darin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 04, 2011

Because from what I have been reading at other places on the Internet Utah's Attorney General is corrupt and taking money from all kinds of businesses to destroy consumer complaints.

We better hope we NEVER elect people from Utah to run our country, or we will be in a world of hurt.

Darin

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Clara, your story is not suprising

AUTHOR: Todd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 16, 2006

I worked for PMI for nearly a year back in 1998. I have worked for 4 or 5 other similar companies, and have seen it all. There is a slick 2 part sales presentation where the first guy conducts an initial interview, seeing what you want to accomplish with your business. (They are really just trying to find out how much they can sell you, and what you need to hear to be sold)

Next, "if you qualify" which everyone with money available on thier credit cards qualify... they will refer you to their senior director, which they make sound like you are being called by a very successful business person with years of experience, and so on... in fact it is probably a guy in shorts and sandles, working in thier boiler room. This guy will follow a closing script built to make you believe you need help building your business, and they have just what you need.

Invest into this scam, and you will be drug along long enough to let your time to make proper refund requests go by, and then you are stuck with nothing for a ton of cash.

The fact is they will refund your money if you push the right buttons. The first thing you need to do, is contact 2 government agencies. The Utah attorney generals office, and the Utah Consumer affairs division.

Many try the BBB, and these guys could care less. They figure, let the BBB reports go, and you lose a few sales of those smart enough to check it, and even a few of those are still sold after a slick sales guy explains away your complaints, as those who did not really try to make it work.

There is a solution to your problem, and I can help you get what you desrve, which is your money back. I am not selling anything, and am not looking to get you to pay me more money to help you. but I know what to do, and how to do it fast. I know this site does not allow me to send you contact info so try sending email to tj89123 at hotmail dot com and I will help you get the money you lost.

Certainly file a report with the BBB, but remember they do not care about these negative reports. Just know you are simply adding to the credibility of the other complaints, and you make help detur one person from sending them money.

Hang in there, and good luck in your search for a resloution.
