Stormaster Storage "Meadow" and "Forrest" at Stormaster Storage will charge you fees you do not owe Sedona Arizona

I have had a storage unit at this location for almost 10 years. An older couple ran it for many of those years, and they were wonderful. Then the new managers came in and everything changed. New manager "Meadow" and her boyfriend "Forrest" are the absolute worst managers of anything I have ever encountered in my entire life. And you can probably already see by their phony Sedona "spiritual" names, the type people they are. Meadow seems to be in charge, with Forrest essentially carrying out her orders. The two of them keep very limited hours to discuss problems with the upkeep and maintenance of the property. If you happen to catch Meadow one minute after her posted hours and ask her a simple question, she will put her finger to her lip, shhhhssssshhhh you, and point to a sign telling you when her office hours are!

You can see pictures of the two on them on the company website, but, be forewarned they don't look a lot like the pictures. Meadow is quite a bit heavier, but still you should be able to recognize them somewhat. If you see them, run, to any other storage unit in town. I have lived in Sedona for many many years, and know just about everybody, and can tell you that I am not the only one this unhappy with Meadow and Forrest. There was a particularly bad time recently when I was homeless, and fell behind on my payments. In all the previous years, there were occasions when I fell behind, but the old caretakers never acted as horrifically as these two inept managers do. Meadow would leave me shrill, hate filled messages on my answering machine. She stated she was annoyed I did not have a home or a phone where she could reach me at will. She was annoyed I was homeless, annoyed I had no money. Annoyed I had no phone. The horrors of my life were an annoyance to her. Screeching that I was no longer "allowed" to be a customer of theirs!I kept my mouth shut, for my dogs ashes were in the storage unit, and Meadow made frequent threats to get rid of everything arbitrarily. That is the main complaint-Meadow and Forrest seemed to think that they were a little king and queen, they would issue edicts like "you have to be out of the unit in 3 days" never following the rules or laws of Arizona, about proper notice. They also charged me monthly "Lock cutting" charges when it was their lock on my unit, and I had no key-there was no reason for this fee.

I have saved and played recordings of the messages of Meadow and Forrest online on my web series and viewers find them both hilarious and horrifying. I only have a few thousand viewers, so I may post the messages on You Tube so everyone can be informed of how horrific these two are. I have to say the worst part is that neither one of them are very sharp. I have a genius IQ so dealing with these two was very difficult. On top of that, "Forrest" is the most pompous bag of wind you could ever come into contact with, and the two of them are so smug and hateful, that I guarantee if you rent a storage unit from them, you will live to regret it.
