 I called on may 8th to activate a new phone,gave the lady the serial numbers,and then she layer ask for my debut card number for the phone card,I paid $51.57 for the $45 card.well insteadvof them activating my phone. The phone I called in on they deactivated it changed the number,and hung up on me,well called back told them what they did,they fixed that phone,but refused to activate my new phone with the money I done paid them for a card,,kept telling me I needed to buy another airtime card,after I just bought one,I kept telling them I just bought one,,they KEPTED calling me a lie,saidvthey didn't run my debit card,andbhung up on me again,I talked to 20 people that day trying to get it resolved,and then was told to call the next day to speak to a manager,,well I did she told me they never ran my card,and I ask for a email or fax number so I could send proof she refused to give it to me,well I called my card company,they sent me proof,where they did did take my money,well I called a few days later I got the email and sent them in what they ask for.and still they refuse to help me..

still been calling straight talk for another week,,they keep telling me 72 hours after I sent them the in for they needed to  call back,well after the 72 hours was up,they still keep giving me the run around, keeps telling me that the computers are slow,and then I get transfered and they hang up on me,they refuse to help me ,either give me my money or fix my phone.

All prepaid airtime is non refundable. It  doesnt matter what the issue is it will never be refunded. While computers are fast the software tends to take atleast  24 hours to process all that information. Try calling back and seeing if they will transfer. If not there is literaly nothing you can do. It was printed on the receipt  when you made your purchase. You will just have to bite the bullet and get  a new artime card. Firstly what were you expecting? Its bottom of the barrel service. Its prepaid which means you give up little luxuries like customer service.
