Everything in Bridges' rebuttal is a falsehood.
I was not a disgruntled employee until they cheated me out of my earnings
I have not settled with SBP, the paltry check for $165 was never cashed
The Illinois Labor Board has not closed the case
My attorney is pursuing all legal options for recovery as well as representing several other ex-employees
Another attorney is representing another ex employee for wages.
Can we all be wrong??

By authorization of its Board of Directors, Strategic Business Partners LLC is exercising its right to respond to this allegation which we recognize as being unjustified and a total misrepresentation of the quality of our client engagements and a blatant impugning of our recognized position in the marketplace. We are an ethical and professionally accomplished consulting firm with no affiliation to International Profit Associates (IPA) or the George S. May International Company (Park Ridge, IL).

This complaint was filed by Mr. Jim Merkle (Three Pie) from Seymour, TN, who is and was a DISGRUNTLED and INVOUNTARILY TERMINATED EMPLOYEE.
The Illinois Department of Labor has recognized that there are no financial obligations with regard to work compensation due to Mr. Merkle and that his filings were inaccurate, incorrect, exaggerated and overstated. A check for $165 was tendered and accepted by the complainant as full satisfaction for any wage compensation outstanding. At all times, Strategic Business Partners has been in compliance with Illinois Labor Law.

The Chief Operating Officer of the company, Mr. Ronald W. Bridges, who was recently appointed to his position, emphatically states for the record that he has had no contact, written or oral, this year with Mr. Merkle, his spouse of any other member of Mr. Merkle's family and that his allegations are spurious, malicious, and libelous.

Strategic Business Partners categorically denies the involuntary termination of 27 employees as Mr. Merkle purports to have occurred. There are no wage compensations due or outstanding. Strategic Business Partners LLC has no outstanding complaints filed against us for compensation matters.
