We've had 7 complaints in the last 3 years with the BBB. Only three we're for billing issues. With a client base over a 3 year span of 75,492 business, this is a very low percentage. 

The real issue is Barbara Feldman is a bitter, aging, unhappy woman that lied and was caught. Lied to her bank, lied to us (her husband is an Attorney), I can go on and on but wont. Even an email from Barbara Feldman before she was a client, bragging about how she ripped tiles out of a house of one of her clients that wasnt happy and didnt want to pay because of the poor job she had done. (to their standards) She rippped out the custom tiles and held them for ransom because she was the only one that coud get the rare tiles... The Real Barbara Feldman.

I'll start here: Her name is not Elizabeth as she wrote here. It’s Barbra Feldman of East Hampton, NY. She is the owner of Barbara Feldman Interior Designs. Another one of her dishonest behaviors. 

Barbara Feldman never bought SEO services so this is a moot point. She purchased PPC management services at $400.00 per month. We charge 25% to manage this campaign. $300.00 goes to advertising on Google.

The email she sent was true as she copy and pasted it. The real issue is: She never sent it to Customer Service, or the 2 email address that were provided to her to cancel. She sent it to Vanessa whom was out. We never got a call to cancel. Barbara Feldman’s Cycle date was on Sunday the 15th. She sent a cancel on Wednesday night EST that would have been received on Thursday morning and Processed if she would have sent it to the Cancel@ email provided to her. 

When talking to Barbara on Monday she was so completely unpleasant (cursing) that none of my staff wanted to talk to her on Monday morning any longer. (Mind you she had already talked to 3 of them before hours) When I arrived the phone was ringing and they had asked me to take the call because of this. (ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED) I deescalated Barbara Feldman, told her that the reason she was billed was because she hadn’t canceled in enough time and that the email she had sent she never sent to our cancellations department. 

As a resolution I offered to get back to her and do what we could do before 5 p.m. EST. 2 my time. 

22 Minutes later I was transferred a call that was from Capitol One. The bank said they had a Card Member Barbara Feldman that was on the line the said, the charge was NOT RECOGNIZED, and Fraud. I explained to Capitol One and the joined the call (RECORDED by Capitol One and ME) Barbara Feldman was caught in her own lie to the bank with all of us on a conference call. The bank sided with us the Merchant because Barbara Feldman failed to follow our Policy's. This was Tuesday the 17th.

After this conference call with Barbara Feldman, of Barbara Feldman Interior Design in East Hampton, NY. She continually called and made threats via email and phone. We had to call our local Police department, file a report and have Office Well’s contact her. Reason: We had 68 phone calls in 9 business hours (MANY RECORDED). When Officer Well's called us and let us know that Barbara Feldman had called him back he said, "She went ballistic and wouldn’t listen to reason." He concluded that he remained calm, advised her not to contact us anymore and to work with her attorney and ours.

* Because of this Barbara has gone to as many site (like this) as possible to tarnish our reputation. We are creating a website www.barbarafeldmandesigns.com & www.hamptonsinteriordesigns.com that will have all the Recorded Calls, from her, the Bank, and all her voice mails. We will also be posting in chronological order all her ranting, crazy, threating emails. Also all of her Divorce documents. She isn’t married to an Attorney. 

** The real issue here is this: you are upset because you failed to cancel your advertising campaign with our company within the timeframe required and you are blaming us instead of yourself. You then LIED to Capitol One and were caught so they denied your dispute claim.

Federal Law states: Federal law permits recording telephone calls and in-person conversations with the consent of at least one of the parties. See 18 U.S.C. 2511(2)(d). This is called a "one-party consent" law. Under a one-party consent law, you can record a phone call or conversation so long as you are a party to the conversation. Furthermore, if you are not a party to the conversation, a "one-party consent" law will allow you to record the conversation or phone call so long as your source consents and has full knowledge that the communication will be recorded.

In addition to federal law, thirty-eight states and the District of Columbia have adopted "one-party consent" laws and permit individuals to record phone calls and conversations to which they are a party or when one party to the communication consents.
