I also had an interview with Terry, and a few phone interviews with Mary prior to visiting. She was an extremely nice lady that is clearly being abused by this man.

When I arrived to the interview I was greeted by Mary and sat in the "reception area" for about 20 minutes. We were clearly the only three in the building. Finally Terry comes out and brings me into his office where he calls Mary to bring him his lunch. She brings him pea soup which he eats during the entire interview.

Finally he says he would like to bring me in for a second interview, with pea soup on his lips, and asks Mary to schedule it for me, along with an IQ test. I was quite suprised by this, and very insulted, as it is likely that my IQ is higher than this mans.

Needless to say, I never scheduled the second interview and found a better place and person to work for. Unlike the woman from the other report, I am a male, and this interview was incredibly awkward and unprofessional. I can't imagine what type of clients he has.
