Strategic Tax Resolutions - STR BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE SERVICES! IT'S A BIG SCAM! Carlsbad California

My husband and I decided to "trust" STR a few YEARS ago. We paid the full amount which was automatically deducted from our Checking account in monthly installments. Then, when told that we had "paid in full" we noticed that they were still taking payments out. We actually had to wait months for them to reimburse us because of their so called computer glitch.

We filled and faxed paperwork out and sent it to them MULTIPLE times. Sometimes they said they received it, other times they didn't. They never called us, every few weeks we would call them to check on the status of our account and a representative would say that we need to fill out more paperwork before they could proceed. (Why were they not calling us? They were being paid by us)

Anyway, after two years of dealing with multiple representatives for STR, receiving rude return calls and emails we decided that we did not want their help and just wanted our money back. They accomplished nothing for us. We owe more monies now then when we signed on with them. So, I sent them a letter as I was told by STR stating that we no longer wanted their services.

Since then, I call DAILY. They hang up on me, put me into voicemail with no return calls and sometimes they don't even answer the phone. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureu in San Diego. All I have received from this is a headache. No monies have been returned to me. I am getting ready to seek legal advice now. Please, read my experience with STR and DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! I don't want to see you lose your money to them.
