Strategy Career Courses! I signed up with this company in March 2009 to get my Medical billing course certification. I signed up for a three month payment plan of 99.99 a month. My first payment came out in March, Second payment in April and Third payment came in May. Great I thought I was doneBut them I noticed in May I had a $28.00 dollars charged to my account, so I called the # on my billing statement next to the 28 dollar charge and realized it was the same # for the medical billing course. The representative told me that I ordered a debt relief system when I purchased the Medical Billing Course. WHAT??? I ordered this program and kept my copy of there payments plan and nothing stated that I ordered a DEBT relief system So they said they would refund my money for the charge!!! Great thought I was done But got no refund!!! I called the company every week and got different excesses every time, as to why I have not got my refund yet THEN on my JUNE statement I had again a 28 dollar charge again, and a 99.99 dollar charge! But this time when I called they told me I signed up for a 5 month payment plan (NO I didn't) I argued with the rep that stated I singed up from a 5 month payment plan and again asked where my refund was for both the 28 dollar charges, she stated that they was no longer doing refunds and hung up on me. I did some research on this company and the owner is NEIL WARDLE he also has been shut down for fraud a few years back for billing customers fraudulently. He seems to have been doing nothing but ripping people off for his life and he should be put behind bars. FreedomFromAlcoholOnline.com is no scam. I am an employee of the company and I know for a fact that this is no scam. We are helping hundreds of people every week across the contry rid themselves of a life of alcohol abuse. The $99.99 charge was from a totally different entity and we have nothing to do with this charge. Our program works, but only for those who are serious about getting help. For the drinker in denial, don't waste your time because nothing will help you. For anyone else, who has suffered through alcohol abuse, causing distress and destruction to the lives of those whom you have no compassion for--your family, your friends, your children, not to mention yourself and the damage you are causing your own body, this program is revolutionary.
