Stratford Career Instititue Cancelled course within 3 days, send all materials back. Payed no money. No written contract. They say I owe them money. St.Albans Vermont

I applied for Forensic Science course. Received course materials in single priority envelope. Took about two weeks to arrive. Arrived 1/27/19. Viewed material there were no tools for lab work as promised . Material was not adequate or what I expected . Send all material back to Stratford within three days by priority mail.

Did not pay any money as yet. Never signed a contract . They say I owe them money for cancellation (fee). by their rules? I sent all materials back to them within three days, never signed any contract. It wasn't until later that I found out about Stratfords scam operation, They are not accredited by BBB or FTC .

They have no real academic Accreditation's . Closed my banking account to them, reported them as a fraudulent business to my bank. The FTC says that Stratford distributes worthless academic programs to consumers! My problem is they keep harassing me to pay them money I don't owe them.
