I subscribed to their service for $4.95 per month in order to see my friend's video.

I was charged once at that rate. Then I unsubscribed on Sept.3 since I had looked at the video and did not want any of their other services. On Sept. 25th they charged me double, $9.90, 3 times on the same day. On Oct. 2 they charge $9.90 again. I have contacted them by phone and email, and have only gotten the 'run around' and absolutely no refunds. They claim that I have 2 accounts and never unsubscribed. WRONG!

I have been sending lots of emails to the billing department for a month, without any refund being credited to my account. Other friends have had problems also. Do Not Use Streamload!
