Striaex free trial scam Vancouver Canada Nationwide

I am writing regarding a company called striaex. They claim to offer a free trial of their product, but when I tried to cancel they waited until after the trial period was expired to send me an rma # which the say you need in order to return the product. They give you 25 days to evaluate their product. You have to send it back within the 25 days with the rma # on the box to not be charged. I requested an rma# on 10-13-07, they didnt respond until 10-23-07 which was after the trial period.My trial ended on 10-20-07. Now all they do is respond to my emails blaming me for not following their return policies. I reminded them that their terms state that returns without an rma # will not be accepted. Now if a company waits until after the trial is up to send you the rma# how is that fair? They wont work with me at all.
