Striaex offered a 25 day free trial they started it from shipping date which took 2 weeks i refused the package when I found out there was a $40 + charge for shipping to recieved it so I refused it Station Main Vancouver Nationwide

The company offers a free 25 day trial and free shipping or $2.95. I ordered the product and it took 2 wekks to recieve it ups came to my door and said there was a $40.00 + charge for shipping to recieve it so I refused it I never agrred to pay that much for shipping that I would not get back if I didn't like the product.

Ups took it and I never even touched the box, that company charged my credit card almost $200.00 and refuses to give it back now stating they have this strick policy on returns and ups didn't get it back to them with in the 25 days so they are charging me. They will make no deals what so ever they have the product and my money and tells me to take it to court. So after the 25 days if you don't like it you can't send it back it will be to late by that time.

They totaly ripped me off and because they are in Canada they think they can get away with it and the cost to fight it they think they can do what ever they want. Everyone needs to know how they are before they are out alot of money. No place on their site does it say there will be a charge for shipping in the us or I never would have ordered the product I also believed if I didn't like it I could ship it back on the 25 days most thing take at least 30 days to see results. I believe their product doesn't work and they only rip customers off. You can't call their phone number you only get a recording saying to email them that also says they are a ripping off customers. I never Only contact me by email I never got to talk to a real person. Contact me by email only please
