Strictly Health Corporation I tried to return the product to the company and they did recieve the package. Now they are saying that the confirmation # they gave over the phone doesn't exsit and They will not refund my money. Ripoff Sarasota Florida

This company seemed like the real thing and they have all these documents on line to verify the product. I ordered the product on line on May 19th and received the shipment on the next monday. I thought that was very good until I tried to contact the company and return the product Hoodoba. The first person I spoke with at the company would not even talk to me. She said that I would need to write an e-mail to the website that I ordered the Hoodoba from to get a return Id # from the website to ensure that my package was returned the correct way. I e-mailed the company for 4 days with NO response. So I then called the same number I had before and the girl that answered in customer service go a return # from her supervisor and I thought all was well. I shipped the package UPS and got my delivery verification # and called the company back in two weeks like the girl said. Now they don't have any record of my package being sent back and won't return my money. I have contacted the B.B.B. and they told me to contact the F.B.I. and the Postal Inspectors. My attorney is doing that as we speak. I am so glad that I read another report about this company on this site and got to the bottom of this and now maybe I will get my money back.
