STR*Learn Languages Rip Off the send me CD for unauthorized, now I am being billed for 69.76 everymonth Nationwide

I ordered two language CD from Pimsleur/str*learn language and have been receiving unwanted CD'S for $69.76 (Stupid of me for ordering two) and now they are taking money from my credit card account every month since October 2014 it is now March 2015. I talked to agent to stop sending me, I have not even open this items and did not return them. My confusion is that, when I talked to one of the agent I asked her how much is my total balance. She said $256. Ok fine I will deal with that. March 16, 2015 I received a bill that is due for 69.76. so I called them and they said I owe two more payment. Ridiculous.. . it all started $9.99. can someone help me or give me advice

I was sorry to read about the person who is being charged about $69 a month for language courses. Unfortunately, these are being sold by a company in the USA which have cloned our webname. If you click on the link shown, www.strlearning.co.uk, you will see that:
STR Learning Limited is a management training company based near London and registered in the UK.
We do not trade as strLearnlanguage
We do not trade in the USA
We do not use agents in the USA
We do not provide language courses
We do not accept payment on our website
We do not sell DVDs or CDs of any form, let alone the Pimsleur method.
I can only express my sympathy to those of you who have been hit by this scam. If anyone knows who these scammers are, please let us know so that we can see if action can be taken aginst them
