Struers Inc. Ego-filled, bullying managers who try to intimidate employees Westlake, Ohio

I'm writing this report to inform employees, potential employees and job seekers that you do not want to work for this company. The management style is to manage by bullying, fear and intimidation. Talented employees are never promoted or will ever receive much of any pay increase. They will expect you to do more and more, and even after gaining valuable expertise in the industry it will never pay off.

If you are smart, motivated (especially Salespeople out there) and looking to GROW with your career, then this is not the place for you. The Director of Sales has a terrible management style; he wants minions. Asking common questions about your job duties and compensation are made out to be a huge deal to make you feel crazy for questioning anything that goes on there.

It's not worth the time, effort and energy to learn Struers' industry. One must learn so much technical information, and you will gain nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you can.
