STS - SECURITY TRANSFER SYSTEMS MAKES YOU THINK YOU HAVE WON SOMETHING, BUT IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT SEND $$ LAS VAGAS Nevada

I recently received a letter saying I had won $998,407.77 and I was a confirmed winner. I read and re-read several times and it at no time stated that I might win, it clearly said that I had "WON" the money. It asked for a fee of $24.87, but also on the back it clearly stated how to make a claim with out sending the fee. I followed the instructions to the "T" and made sure all I did was correct. I then sent the response back certified mail with return receipt and I got the signed receipt as an agent had signed and picked up the response all within the 10 day timeframe. I attempted to call and got no response or wrong number. I am still awaiting my money that I have won. This is a scam by all means. The people running this should be locked up.
