In the fall of 2011, I lost my position. Although devastated, I had the recommended "cushion" tp protect me for a while. After 2 fullmonths went by and it was clear that  I would run out of funds, and clearly have a LATE on y mortgage, I paniced.

Researching online, I found Stuart Vener. I prayed for having found this caring, undrstanding man. He offerred me a "second chance". He stated that those big bad banks didn't care about me, but he did. He offered to have his large, powerful company absorb my home. "It won't hurt me a bit. Becsides, he went on to say. You can stay inthe home until you are ready to move, take your time, he said. I was only "charged" 1% of the unpaid balance. "just a little something for the grls to do your paperwork" I hought I had been sent some kind of angel to assist me

A full YEAR later, I was notified by the bank. They told me that WIlshire Holding (Stuart Vener) had never taken responsibility for the LOAN, just the DEED!!! They stated that he in addition put a Cease and Desist Order so the Bank could not even call me!! Is that crazy or what?

Can you please tell me if there is anything legal I can do to recover some of the money I have lost? I of course, I only paid the $1500, but I owe the bank over $17,000.00, PLUS almost $3,000.00 in HOA fees!!

I trusted him. Was it too good to be true? Oh, yea it was. But when you are in desparate situatons and someone makes this offer, you often JUMP at the chance. I do not want to hurt anyone, I only want what is right.

Please help, please.
