Stubaus Transportation Chris Stubaus Forced me to run illegally and then refused to pay me my wages Elk Grove Illinois

This company is ran by a "man" named Chris Stubaus he hired me as a commercial truck driver then forced me to physically remove my license plates off the truck and trailer EVERY TIME I was on a toll road to avoid him paying tolls he forced me to run out of fuel 3 times in a week because he would only let me stop when/where he told me to which was ALWAYS further than the fuel allowed me to go... And when I ran out he literally screamed at me and cussed me out even though I warNed him that I was going to run out if he didn't let me stop for fuel And THEN REFUSED TO CALL A SERVICE TRUCK i had to walk over 2 miles each way carrying 2 full 10 gallon fuel tanks back ....Finally when I was going to run out for a FOURTH time I stopped and got a small amount of fuel without his permission he informed me that he was not going to pay me the $2094 that he owed me for my one and only week of work for him so I informed him that I quit and was going to park his truck and trailer at a truck stop and go home and hung up the phone... shortly thereafter I started receiving phone calls from someone he works with I believe named Shawn threatening me with physical harm and telling me that " I BETTER DELIVER THE LOAD" when I informEd "Shawn" that I quit because I was going to work for free "Shawn" then said "I don't give a s*** u don't know us we're from Chicago we'll f*** you up if u don't deliver that load" I told him I refused to work for free and hung up and stopped answering their calls so they then started calling my wife threatening me AND her if I did deliver the load... This company is located in Elk Grove IL just outside of Chicago IL NOT in Tamarac FL LIke it is listed.... This all happened sometime around September/October 2014... They never paid me yet they sent me a W-2 that I just received that I have to pay taxes on... Money I never got... This is not a company it is a bunch of street thugs.
