Student Consulting Group Beware Liars and Thieves Atlanta Georgia

I used to work for these guys and let me say that anyone that's left with a feeling of being ripped off you probably have been.  This company once charged a pharmacist 600 dollars to do something she could have done her self with a phone call.  Then her student loan payment didnt change.  That's just one example.  Reps have the ability to charge anything they like over $400.  So people that get these outrageous Service Fees might get charged $1000 more dollars to get the same thing done as someone paying $400.

For example Client A Has 35,000 in student loan debt in default. She just wants to go back to school and get out of default.  One rep can choose to charge her $400, while another rep can choose to charge her $1200.  They encourage you to make the service as high as possible based on the amount of salary the customer makes.

This is the biggest reason it is a Rip Off.  They charge customers whatever they want based on how they feel at the time instead of it being the same for everyone across the board. They also encourage you to charge as much as you can "if you think you can pay."

And just for the record if you come across some one named Jackson Hamilton its one of the owners using a fake name.  His real name is Scott Klein.

In reality I think these guys started off with good intentions.  But they ended up letting greed and money go to their heads and now it shows.

My suggestion to you guys is to be upfront about pricing with your customers also have the same pricing across the board.

Also stop lying about approval rates and about how many customers you've actually helped.
