Student7 Failed to deliver Internet

 Ordered the fishing kayak and used my credit card to pay for the purchase. They sent a confirmation email on the purchase and said it would ship in 10-20 days. After two weeks I sent them an email requesting status on shipping. After another week I sent another email request. Still no response. I went on the website and selected "view order status " and it showed as being temporarily unavailable. It has been 2 months and it's still unavailable and still no response to email requests.
