Studio A Dance sells 'punch cards' for their summer class schedule. Based upon information on their web site, I purchased a 10 class punch card ($150) for my daughter in late June. The summer schedule was posted in the lobby and online.
My daughter went to 3 classes. On July 30th, I received an e-mail that proclaimed the "summer schedule" ends on July 31st.
They have refused to refund any money. There is no indication that their summer season ended so early. Even today, August 15th, their web site advertises the 'summer schedule' without any dates.
The office people (Anita Conley, owner, and Wendy Jenkins) refuse to provide any prorated refund or to consider any concession whatsoever. Their policy is 'no refunds' and that the summer schedule was well-publicized.
Sorry, but I guess I'm not an educated dance dad, because I didn't know AND there is still no information of an end date for summer classes other than the July 30th e-mail.
