Solicitation on the internet to get a free gift for completing a servey. They said I only had to pay for the shipping of the anti aging cream. It didnt say on any of the visual advertisement that I would be on an auto shipment if I did not notify them in 14 days of using the product to cancell. It was only stated in the Terms & Condition in tiny letters which I never bother to read. They charged my credit card for the months of August & September.
I was out of the country until October 20 and was not aware of the delivery of the products or the charge made to my credit card.
By the time I did noticed the charges I immediately called my financial instutition to place a Dispute on those charges and immediately stop future charges which they did. However after notifying the merchant they replied stating that because it was in the Terms & Condition they would hold me liable for the charges and were not willing to refund me the $95.92 charges. This was the amount charged, however the product was advertised for $89.85
