On 12/15/07 I purchased men's Rock and Republic Big R jeans from StylyeRunway.com (Fashion Mansion). My credit card was charged for the amount of $153.99 but I have not received the jeans. This company has several aliases and is a complete ripoff. I have tried to contact the company online as well as calling their phone numbers numerous times to no avail. This company is an outright thief. In my mind it's no different than being robbed on the street. I plan to pursue all avenues open to me to recover my money and put this company out of business including contacting the Oregon Attorney General's Office. It is ripoffs like this company that will end up ruining e-commerce.

Received Jeans Next Day Following Ripoff Report!

I finally received the jeans I ordered on 12-15-07 from Style Runway. I discovered an email address on Style Runway's website and wrote and told them what I thought of their company and how I felt I'd been ripped off. I received the jeans I had ordered by 1:00 p.m. the next day following my email. So if you don't receive your items don't try to call because they will not answer or return your call (my experience). The only way I got what I paid for was by threatening and by using this Ripoff report website.
I'm still not sure that they did not charge my VISA card twice. I checked with my VISA provider and they told me they showed no new charges. I'm not sure if it takes a couple of days for the charges to show up at my bank or not. All in all it''s been a super hassle ... but I did finally get what I ordered. The key thing in this whole mess was the lack of communication by Style Runway AKA Fashion Mansion.
