On Saturday afternoon we notified Suburban Propane of a break in the gas line at the 800 number. Operator said turn off gas from valve and we could not go into the house or touch any switches, no smoking, sparks, etc. Service technician called and said there would be an additional $100 service charge for technician to repair on Saturday and he would take a few hours to get there due to traffic. After we agreed to pay the addition fee, technician never showed up on Saturday or Sunday. Finally showed up late Monday morning. The good news is, it was warm, so we did not need any heat...Chesapeake, Virginia
