Although it is very true that Tracy is in the process of a very ugly divorce, the reason her ex-husband was able to contact a large portion of her clients is because her company has NO security measures. Everything is filed in unlocked file cabinets in an office that is never locked during buisness hours, even when everyone in this small company (of 10 or less employees) leaves for smoke breaks.

Even after ex-employees started a new company and took many of her clients' information with them, she did nothing to update the security of her clients files. This allows ANYONE to walk in the office and gain access to SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, DRIVERS LICENSES, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBERS and CREDIT REPORTS.

Employees are not given background checks, and do not stay long with the company often because of fear of prosecution due to the company's many illegal practices.

This company is supposed to, by California law, be registered by the Attorney General's Office as a Credit Services company and a $100,000 bond paid, but Success Credit Services has done nothing!

Please READ CONTRACT before SIGNING and QUESTION it, because the fine print mantains that they cannot actually remove valid negative information off of your credit reports. The contract does not claim to actually do anything for you other than take your money.

Tracy Ballard give many VERBAL garuntees, but she has a NO REFUND policy. Requests for refunds are often ignored and only sometimes given after threats to contact the Real Estate Groups she speaks for.

Many of the "good" reports found online have been written by employees of Success Credit Services or by people who were compensated for the good reviews.

For $3600-$4000 you recieve very little customer service-they do not call clients, and often do not keep track of clients other than financial records. If you call at the end of the year, they pull your credit (for a fee) and compare it to the one you paid for in the begining of the year. They hope that some of your items "fell off" from old age, but even if they didn't at most, you will be offered 6-12 months of additional "services".
