I attended a free seminar for this company in Dec 2015 promising information on local real estate. For free, I wasn't expecting too much, but I thought I'd check it out. What I found was about 3 hours of hype on how this company will train you to use their investors money so you can go out and buy real estate to flip and/or hold and rent and make a lot of money.

They claim you didn't need any of your own funds to begin as they had "over 100" of their own investors that funded students to do deals. We were told you didn't need any certain type of credit, that anyone would qualify. They went over things like the best of credit was 2% and things like buying rentals could be funded for 3 years from an investor and then you had the option of getting a mortgage on it yourself or selling it. I remember many of the details and I took great notes! I was very intrigued.

So I decided to go on and pay the $1997 to attend the next 3 day seminar. I figured that wasn't bad for a 3 day training to learn real estate and have access to investor funding. Well... we got there and for 3 days it was mostly hype. Hype to purchase another VERY large package. Anywhere from $21K to $45+.

Over the 3 days we were given barely enough for anyone to go out and do anything with. It was really enough to confuse you. Otherwise, we were exposed to 3 days of hype and having us call our credit card companies to increase our limits, apply for new cards, and apply for new loans. They wanted us to get as much capital as we could get in our hands that weekend. And it ended up many of us used it to pay, or paritally pay, for the next level of training. They made you feel as thou you had too. I know that sounds crazy. People were actually singled out as they did or did not pay. It was a big mind game.

During this weekend, I had brought up the subject of the investor funding and was quickly brushed off. I was told, "there are many other ways to get funding".  So once we got home, the software that came with the package was really worthless. It doens't do what was really promised and there is basically no support. I tried that and just made myself mad. So a few weeks later we get to the next 3 day training. This time we actually get some real training. But still not what we were promised in the first free seminar.

There is NO investor funding, according to this trainer. Or so he doesn't use any. He suggested to call customer support. Some of us asked about the software and the lack of what it does. He again said he doesn't use that and if we didn't like it, to discontinue it after the free trial. End of story.

Thru both of these paid meetings, there were trainers who willingly gave out there contact info to the whole group and said "please contact me for assistance, I'd be glad to help in any way". Well that was a flop! I've only 1 guy out of about 6 who has ever answered me in any way other than,  "don't contact me".

Customer support is not very helpful when you need them, after paying several thousand $$. The company also touts a full refund of your $1997 (the first class) when you make a sale in the first 90 days. They state this over and over in the free seminar. What they don't say is that you must also pay the much higher level of training, plus attend all the other trainings that go with it, including all the travel, and make your sales within the first 90 days, then you can apply for the refund. I bet very few people actually get the refund! That's in the fine print after you purchase the large packages.

Once we were home from all the trainings and getting set up for business, I called the company and spoke with the guy in the funding department. I asked about the investor funding program. He told me to pull my current credit report and send it to him and hed get back to me. After almost 5 weeks and a few attempts to contact him, he emailed me back and simply said "you don't qualify". I was furious! When I asked why, as the seminar said everyone could use the program, he said "that was a different program" and "this was not that one". So I was basically out of luck.

I have not spoken to anyone at the company since then, it's been about a month. We have found local people to help us and some online resources for free. I would really like to see someone do something about this company and their unethical practices!
