My cable tv service has not worked properlyfor nearly a year, yet I'm required to pay full price to keep services, (including internet) on until they repair it.

Have had 5 service calls, and the problem lies in their lines outside of my building. Thay have not repaired, but continue to charge full price to avoid interuption.
