On January 20, 2013 I purchased a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre. Item was to ship on February 10, 2013. Went to site to check on shipment only to find ship date reported for February 28, 2013. Have tried calling company NUMEROUS times to no avail as no one answers in any department nor do they return a phone call or respond to their customer service website address. No other alternative but to contact BBB and my credit union to intervene....very bad business..stay far, far away.
