SuddenValuessuddenvalues.com paid for on1/29/2014 and still have not received the item. Wenatchee Washington

 This is a total rip off company! Beware!! I ordered a "Colorful LED Wine Cooler" from SuddenValues an online company on 1/29/2014. I paid $57.95 including shipping.

After waiting approximately 2 months and no item I contacted the company via e-mail. My initial e-mails were ignored but I persevered. I lost count of how many e-mails I have sent thus far but my best guess is at least 40! Eventually I received an e-mail stating they were having a problem with their supplier and offered me a credit.

I promptly responded that if the item I ordered is not available I wanted a refund not a credit. My e-mail was ignored but I persevered. After numerous additional e-mails I finally received a response stating my matter was turned over to the customer service response team. I waited, and waited and waited but no response from the response team. I sent additional e-mails and eventually I received an e-mail stating that in order to speed up the process I was being offered a credit!

My only goal at this point is to get the message out to as many people as possible that under no circumstances have anything to do with SuddenValues.
