i sign up for sugardaddyforme on july 17 th 2008. I used my bank card at 23.90 first time. i tryed to end my profile on july 24 th and I tryed to call them and write them and no respond and they just took more money out of my bank at 29.95. all I want is my money back and to get off this sugardaddyforme site but I cant get off with out them taking me off. I write them every day but no respond. Please help me Im disabled and on ssi so I dont have alot of money.

When has billed your credit card
without your permission you can do something called a chargeback with your
bank. Call up your bank; tell them billed you without
your permission and chargeback. Your bank will contact the credit card
processor that uses and they will file a complaint with
the credit card processor or merchant, in order for you to receive a refund for
the wrongfully billed transaction. According to visa and MasterCard,
can only have about a 2% chargeback ratio. That means for every 100 people that
they bill, only about 2 of them can request that they were billed wrongfully
before visa and MasterCard starts to investigate transactions being processed
by that are not authorized. The result is that their
credit card processor will eventually terminate the ability for to process credit cards on their website. Also, notice
that what appears on the billing statement is different from what really does. It's is not a web marketing website it is
a website that involves dating. Dating is classified as high risk in regards to
the credit card processing world. is doing something in
the industry called "factoring." That is against visa and MasterCard
policy.  Your voice counts. Let your bank know that you want your money
back and that you are doing a "chargeback".
needs to stop taking advantage of people and this is one of the only ways to
make that happen. Notify your bank today.  When more and more people start
complaining about charges that were not authorized, their credit card processor
will shut off their ability to process credit cards so no one else gets

there oughta be a phone number on your bank statement. that is the ONLY number that actually will get you in touch with anybody from their website, though the chances of them canceling your acct or you accomplishing what you need are very slim! contact your bank to retract the charge. then order a new card IMMEDIATELY! you can deny the acct they withdrew from your bank access to your funds but, im guessing such a scummy company will have ways of getting around it and once they've been blocked, any other suspicious charges will be hard to pin onto them from there on out. beware. be careful. and godspeed!

I apologize if any of you have had a negative experience with It is quite disheartening because our main goal is to provide a positive experience for each and every member. Seems that the main complaint here is continual billing after cancellation request has been submitted. I am now the head of the customer service department and I personally oversee each and every email and phone call that is submitted. You have to cancel your credit/bank card....Tell them you lost or someone stole your card and to cancel it at once.
Only way bro...They will continue to withdraw money till they hit rock bottom.
Down side is you have to live off another card or cash till the new one comes in the mail.
